Style

The architectural and design principal behind The Shanti Residence is attributed to leading Balinese Architect Popo Danes whose idea to integrate progressive designs, facilities and services with traditional Balinese architectural elements ensures a timeless appeal.

Apart from its spacious appeal, The Shanti Residence offers sumptuous serenity with plush furnishings and distinctive artworks reminiscent of contemporary Armani style elements with Balinese accents. Light and open space are the main design principals and the use of polished timber panels, brushed metallic and chrome fittings, sandstone carvings, marble tiling, eclectic artworks, luxurious fabrics and designer accessories have been used throughout.

The Shanti Residence Accommodation

The impressive fully air-conditioned five-suite sprawling Residence has dual purpose fold back design features with floor to ceiling glass doors and panels that allow the property to be completely opened to allow for cool ocean breezes and an alfresco atmosphere, or which can be fully enclosed to enjoy complete air-conditioned comfort.

The five-bedroom property encompasses an 84m2 Master Suite – Ambhara

The Residences two-storey Ocean Suites -Akansha & Ananta - and Garden Suite – Abian at 395m2 is located in a separate quarter and features a private gym and resident spa, walk in robes, hall, spacious bathrooms and balconies that command Indian Ocean and tropical landscaped garden views.

In an adjacent quarter sits the Junior Suite – Aastha – at 83m2 which leads to a private gazebo and features an additional lounge room to relax or work from.

All rooms feature romantic canopied beds with luxury cotton linens, soft duvets, and down pillows and all suites lead out to meet expansive gardens where an impressive raised 106m2 infinity edged plunge pool and deck lay.

The spectacular bathrooms feature jet baths for two and adjacent gardens where stone steps lead to an outdoor shower. An adjoining dressing gallery, his and her wash basins, separate shower with rain showerheads, walk in robes and signature bathroom amenities make for an indulgent bathing experience.

The main living areas comprise a designer appointed lounge and living room, separate dining room and a state of the art audio room which doubles as a conference room if required, and which offers cinematic movie projector, stereo system and surround sound.

The latest in technology sees state-of-the-art LCD screen TV, DVD, stereo, Wi-Fi internet access, and individual climate controls to allow adjustable air conditioning.

The Shanti Residence offers 24hr personal Butler service to attend to guests, draw a bath, pack or unpack clothes, make dinner reservations, set up laptop, or even offer a massage at any time during the day.

Our Resident Manager and Hosts are dedicated to making sure you receive the most out of your experience. From preparing a customised ipod on arrival to organising day tours complete with gourmet picnic hampers and a private butler, or hooking up your Playstation they are always available to assist.

After catching up on any work enjoy one of our Summer Barbecues or Candlit dinner options where the open air dining deck is beautifully decorated with candles that illuminate a petal-laden pool.
