A sleek wooden stair adjacent to the dining area leads to the upper floor which consists of an open air mezzanine with alluring view to the surrounding greenery. Further, a small ‘bridge’ is connecting this area to a comfortable library. The four bedrooms are set in two different buildings in left and right side of the compound with a tropical garden in the middle, decorated with antique wooden boat. Similar in design, each bedroom is equipped with fine furniture and en-suite bathroom overlooking to the garden and to the pool. Our staff will be on hand to ensure all your holiday requirements are taken care of. For food and beverage items other than the complimentary breakfast (and water, coffee and tea throughout the day), guests will be presented with a cash bill towards the end of their stay. Our staff will be happy to run errands for you and to purchase items from the local delicatessens and supermarkets on your behalf. Please give the chef as much notice as possible if you wish to have special meals prepared, so that he has time for the necessary shopping. Whilst it is entirely at your discretion, if you wish to show your appreciation of the villa staff.

The Shanti Residence is a 4500m2, 5 suite 5 bathroom residence with its own private master chef, spa, gym, commercial kitchen, in-house Teppanyaki grill, state of art electronics and audio room, main swimming pool and private plunge pool, gazebos and expansive lush gardens. Elegantly furnished with the finest beds and linens, this spectacular Residence is unequalled in size within the area.

The Shanti Residence is poised on the cliffs of Nusa Dua looking out to the Indian Ocean on Bali south coast, 25 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

The architectural and design principal behind The Shanti Residence is attributed to leading Balinese Architect Popo Danes whose idea to integrate progressive designs, facilities and services with traditional Balinese architectural elements ensures a timeless appeal.

The Shanti Residence Accommodation

The impressive fully air-conditioned five-suite sprawling Residence has dual purpose fold back design features with floor to ceiling glass doors and panels that allow the property to be completely opened to allow for cool ocean breezes and an alfresco atmosphere, or which can be fully enclosed to enjoy complete air-conditioned comfort.

The five-bedroom property encompasses an 84m2 Master Suite – Ambhara

The Residences two-storey Ocean Suites -Akansha & Ananta - and Garden Suite – Abian at 395m2 is located in a separate quarter and features a private gym and resident spa, walk in robes, hall, spacious bathrooms and balconies that command Indian Ocean and tropical landscaped garden views.

In an adjacent quarter sits the Junior Suite – Aastha – at 83m2 which leads to a private gazebo and features an additional lounge room to relax or work from.

All rooms feature romantic canopied beds with luxury cotton linens, soft duvets, and down pillows and all suites lead out to meet expansive gardens where an impressive raised 106m2 infinity edged plunge pool and deck lay.

Villa Nirwana is perfectly situated in the heart of Le Meridien, Nirwana Resort & Spa built within a 100 hectare complex. The villa is along-side the famous 18 hole par 72, Greg Norman designed, signature golf course. Approximately 45 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from the popular dining and shopping area of Seminyak.

This two story spacious luxury villa (350 m2 living area) has recently been redesigned by the renowned Javanese designer Hidajat and combines modern Asian, Balinese and Javanese and so-called primitive East-Indonesian Island interior design to give you 5 star exclusive feel in all its simplicity.

The villa features four spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, three bath-rooms, a huge verandah/outdoor living area (where the daily sea breeze provides and ideal environment to relax and just gaze over the waves), a great lounge room, kitchen and own small swimming pool, as well as bale.

The master bedroom has a queen size four poster bed with mosquito net, access to the balcony with a marble bathroom en-suite and safe deposit boxes. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom offers two single beds with a share bathroom. Downstairs is a fourth bedroom with semi open-air bathroom en-suite. Villa Nirwana also features a large air-conditioned living area with comfortable seating, dining area, T.V with cable connection, DVD/VCD player and a stereo system. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

Villa Nirwana has a private plunge pool with it’s own bale bengong. Set admist lush, spacious gardens only 35 meters to the oceans edge. The villa is staffed with 2 housekeepers and cooks, 1 pool attendant and gardener. With 24 hour security the staff are well trained and available to serve your every need to make your ultimate holiday in a private villa both relaxing and trouble free.

Guests staying at Villa Nirwana have complimentary access to Le Meridien Lagoon swimming pool and kids club. Golf discounts are also extended to guests staying at the villa along with use of the villa’s golf sets consisting of a men’s Titleist set and a lady’s taylor made set if you don’t wish to carry your own. The villa is equipped with its own four seater golf buggy which can be used around the resort.
