Chimera Villas are located within a 5 minute walk to the beach. The beaches of Seminyak are quieter then those of Kuta (less hawkers) but are great for lounging or playing in the waves…with a surf board or without. Welcome to bring a towel from the villa and don’t forget your sunblock!

Shopping is also a 5 minute walk away to Jalan Laksmana (also called Eat Street or Jalan Oberoi). The street has many clothing and art work boutiques boasting the latest Balinese designs.

Eating in or out in Seminyak is probably the most attractive part of Villa Chimera. It’s location allows you many choices within walking distance or a short taxi drive. This is the short list of the best of Seminyak:

• Kafe Warisan – best French Food in SE Asia and a night to be remembered set amongst rice fields. Ask the villa staff to reserve you a table….reservations recommended.
• La Lucciola – open air restaurant on the beach with great food, it is a must either for sunset, for brunch or dinner.
• Ku De Ta – on the beach with an upscale ambiance and a good menu. Frequented by all the who’s who in Bali and the world.
• The Samaya – beautiful place on the beach with a great menu.
• The Ultimo – great Italian food and close to home.

Bali also has a food delivery service right to your door and most restaurants are members. Great for eating in and enjoying your home away from home. The villa staff will also serve and clean up after wards. Perfect!

Terms :

VILLA CAPACITY

The numbers of persons occupying each Villa must not exceed the maximum number stated in the booking confirmation. Chimera Villas reserves the right to refuse any booking, which, in its opinion, is unsuitable for the property concerned. The maximum occupancy for a two bedroom Villa is four (4) adults & two (2) children. The maximum occupancy for a three bedroom Villa is six (6) adults & three (3) children.

CHILDREN POLICY

Our Children’s policy is to provide one (1) extra bed for one child under 15 years old. In the case of two children, we allow one (1) child under 5 years old to sleep with parents and we will provide an extra bed for children 5 to 15 years old.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Chimera Villas will provide 1 (one) superior standard vehicle per Villa for guest transfers from and to the Airport. In the case where more than 1 (one) vehicle is required due to numbers of accompanying baggage, the charge of the extra vehicle/s will be passed on to the client.

BREAKFAST

The Chimera Villas breakfast is inclusive in the nightly accommodation rate. Any other breakfast items which are selected outside of the Chimera Villas Breakfast, will be charged to the guest accordingly

WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS

Wireless internet access is inclusive in the nightly accommodation rate. For guests who do not have a laptop or who have a laptop where wireless access is not available to them, dial up internet charges incurred will be charged to the guest.

EVENTS/PARTIES

Normal bookings are for vacation purposes and special permissions must be obtained for functions where the number of people in attendance exceeds 150% of the capacity of the villa. Also clients should be aware that these are private villas located in residential neighborhood and, as such, not all functions or events can necessarily be accommodated. Much depends on the vagaries of the neighborhood residents. An additional Banjar (local community body) fee may be applicable.

DAMAGE/LOSSES

The guest is responsible for leaving the property in good order and in a clean condition. The guest further undertakes to pay for any damages or losses incurred during occupation. Chimera Villas reserves the right to repossess the property if the guest or a member of the guests party has caused excessive damage.

Accommodation

Villa 1 (two-bedroom villa) :

Villa 1 is the only two bedrooms unit on the estate, located at the front-most, close to the main gate and security post. Whilst it has a private swimming pool located immediately upon the entrance gate, size of pool and the garden are quite smaller than those in the other units. However, smart design makes it still appear as a comfortable home despite of its exact measurements.

Living quarters are housed in an L-shape building surrounding the swimming pool. Compact open living area overlooking the swimming pool comes with comfortable lounging couches, dining area, and a small kitchen. The two bedrooms are smartly located on different sides of the pool allowing both to enjoy quite wide views.

Villa 2 Superior (three-bedroom villa) :

The deep blue of the swimming pool is all you catch by entering the gate of Villa 2 which houses three bedrooms. On the opposite side of the pool is the main pavilion housing simple living-dining areas with kitchen, and two en-suited bedrooms on both sides. The master bedroom on the left facing a soothing artificial fountain has an en-suite with bath tub. The other bedroom on the right, directly facing the swimming pool, comes with a rain-shower en-suite.

On the other side of the pool is the third bedroom housed in unique raised wooden house. Comes with a private en-suite, the bed is placed in front of a large window overlooking the swimming pool, creating a unique feeling of sleeping directly on the poolside, but with a comfort of air-conditioned bedroom.

Villa 3 Deluxe (three-bedroom villa) :

Housing its three bedrooms in two separated pavilions, Villa 3 enjoys the largest land plot in the estate. Entering through its private gate is the most eye-catching part of the house, a round building with soaring canonical thatched roof, which house a spacious bedroom with large canopied bed. Large windows along the wall allow you to enjoy the rest, including the swimming pool and the lawn from the bed.

Free form swimming pool sits comfortably on spacious decently-manicured lawn giving a nice contrast of azure blue and tropical green. A narrow pathway between the round-house and the swimming pool leads to the main pavilion at the end of the plot. The main pavilion houses simple living-dining areas with kitchen, and two en-suited bedrooms on both sides. The master bedroom on the left facing a soothing artificial fountain has an en-suite with bath tub. The other bedroom on the right, directly facing the swimming pool, comes with a rain-shower en-suite.

Villa Kecapi Description

Strategically located in the Petitenget area only 5 minutes drive from the popular area Kuta and 20 minutes from the airport. Within a radius of 2km are the famous Petitenget Beach and Petitenget Temple, world class restaurants, spas, boutiques and traditional art shops.

Villa Kecapi Bali comprises 4 individual villas. Each villa is walled to ensure the privacy of guests. All villas feature a private swimming pool and lush tropical Balinese garden where guests can relax in their own way without the unnecessary disturbances found in large hotels or resorts.

Our property is best suited to small families and friends. In addition, because of the privacy given, our Villa also suitable for more intimate functions. Couples and honeymooners will appreciate the higher degree of privacy we provide and the discreet personal service that we offer.

All master bedroom furnished with King Size four poster bed (2×2m) with mosquito net. The second bedroom furnished with twin Double Size bed (1.2×2m) also equipped with mosquito net. Air Conditioned, Cable TV and en-suited bathroom on all bedrooms and a DVD player in the master bedroom.

Bathroom

The size of the bathroom are similar to the size of the bedroom. We realize that in normal day you don’t have time to relax as you would in your bathtub. Therefore we hope you can enjoy the experience in our spacious open-air bathtub and showers. Small safety box also installed in the master bathroom.

Spacious living area for everyone in the villa directly beside the sun deck and swimming pool (3.5×8m 1.4m depth). So don’t forget to bring your iPod cable to connect it to our sound system.

Night Life

Some restaurant in the area turn into lounge after midnight. Ku De Ta and Hu’u are two of the top night life destination in the area. If you go further out to Dhyanapura Street you will find many more bars/lounge along the road. However if you’re looking for more crowded place you have to go to Hard Rock or Kama Sutra in Kuta or to the famous Double Six (66) Club in Blue Ocean Road.

Seminyak is the haven for shoppers. Either for Fashion, Household and souvenir.
